Journey to Our Silent Heart

Christian Meditation and Scripture Silent Retreat at Our Lady of Hope Retreat Centre in Stanley Bridge

Friday, September 7 to Sunday, September 9, 2018, beginning at 7:00 pm till Sunday noon.

Presenters: Sr. Regina is a member of the Congregation of Notre Dame who in early years taught Elementary School and later worked in Parish Ministry which took her to five provinces in Canada. After retiring from Parish Ministry, she worked with others to establish the Marguerite Bourgeoys Retreat Centre in Summerside where she led Days of Reflection with many different groups. Regina has an MA in Pastoral Studies and has completed a Formation Program in preparing Spiritual Directors in the Spiritual Exercises. In 2014 she moved to Charlottetown and is a member of the Martha Spirituality Centre team.

Sr. Kathleen is a member of the Congregation of St. Martha. In her early years she taught various educational disciplines on PEI, completed MA degrees at Queen’s University, Ontario, and Pastoral Studies at Loyola University, Chicago. She served as Principal of Three amalgamated schools in Ontario and after returning to PEI Kathleen worked in programs in the Atlantic Provinces in Christian Meditation, Personality and Human Relations, Spiritual Direction and leadership roles in her Congregation. She is presently a member of the Martha Spirituality Centre team.
